Delivery Locations & Costs
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the Czech Republic. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time (1-3 Business Days)
Once your order is placed, our team starts preparing it as quickly as possible. During processing, we will:
- Confirm your order details
- Conduct a quality check on each piece
- Carefully package your jewelry for secure transit
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time (3-7 Business Days)
Once dispatched, your order is handed over to one of our reliable local carriers—including Česká pošta, DPD, DHL, PPL, and Zásilkovna—for swift and dependable delivery across the Czech Republic. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal volume, or unexpected carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Notes
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if they contain multiple items.
- Delivery times can vary due to location, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.
- If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with household members or neighbors first. If still missing, contact us immediately.
